+ Can I join a waitlist if a class is filled for a specific date and time?

+ Can I book a private class?

+ What is the main difference between Fragrance 101 and Mix &Match?

Within Fragrance 101, you'll have the opportunity to create an unlimited combinations from our selection of over 300 oils and you'll really take a deep dive into perfume creation. In the Mix & Match Class, you'll build your 3 combinations of a signature scent from a set of premixed oil blends + additions from our entire perfume organ; this class is slightly simpler, but the result is still a beautiful custom fragrance!

+ Can I reorder my perfume?

Yes, we keep your custom formula on file for reorders! You can go to www.tijon.com/virtual-lab and login to reorder.  You can also order your fragrance in a custom lotion, crème, massage oil, and even a home and linen mist.

+ Can men make a cologne?

Absolutely.  However, Tijon believes many fragrances, except for strong florals for women and strong woodsy-musky scents for men, can be unisex.  In fact, one study reveals 33% of men’s fragrances are worn by women.  It is the name, packaging, and marketing often directing a fragrance to a particular gender. Don’t focus on whether you’re creating a feminine or masculine scent, focus on what you enjoy and go with it!

+ What is your cancellation policy?

For a refund of your deposit on a booking, 48 hours notice of cancellation is required.
